A Photo Tour of the Elliot Boss House

The dining room is an elegant spot for a hearty breakfast. Favorite menu items include: blueberry pancakes and bacon; waffles and sausage; homemade muffins and granola or rhubarb cobbler and ham. In summer, weather permitting, breakfast is served on the brick terrace overlooking the garden. Under a pink awning, breakfast becomes a peaceful event amid bird song and flowers.
The living room, with its original pine floors, offers a restful retreat. Shelves of books give guests the chance to enjoy publications on Newport history and homes. In the fall and winter, with a fire burning, it becomes a cozy library.
This elegant room with its wide pine floors, Chinese red walls, black and white toile draperies, and original marine art recalls another time. In the evening, the glow of gaslights gently reflects through the windows.*
This charming bedroom features a romantic canopy bed, yellow and blue toile draperies and early pieces of furniture that complement this 19th century home. Don't miss the lovely view of the garden, featured in Newport's Secret Garden tour.*

*All bedrooms include a private bath, air conditioning and cable TV.
